Purchasing Policy
By accessing any of Slugguys store's products provided, you will have read, agreed, verified and acknowledged to all the conditions to all of our waivers and disclaimers.
 
Shipping Policy

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • All sale transactions are completed in the state of Massachusetts under Massachusetts law and regulations.

  • All shipping are done via buyer selected/paid carriers in Massachusetts.

  • If there is any dispute about or involving BinTac services or products provided, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the state of Massachusetts, City of Laguna Niguel.

  • Buyer assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer's local laws, buyer's local regulations, and ownership of airgun and survival goods.

  • You will not hold BinTac LLC, its owners, members, affiliates, or employees responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of airgun and survival goods.

  • You acknowledge that due to their potential strategic value, the export of certain products sold by survivalairguns.com may be prohibited by the U.S. International Regulations and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You represent that you will not export any prohibited or restricted items against the law.

  • There are areas to which BinTac LLC cannot ship airguns or other products. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and BinTac LLC  reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. If we determine a product is going to be leaving the country we reserve the right to cancel any orders. We cannot ship airguns to the following locations:

    • States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia

    • Counties: King County (WA)

    • Cities: Seaside (CA), Bridgeport (CT), Stratford (CT), New York (NY), Brooklyn (NY), Bronx (NY), Staten Island (NY), Queens (NY), Glen Oaks (NY), Floral Park (NY), Yonkers (NY), Buffalo (NY), Rochester (NY) Philadelphia (PA), York (PA)

  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

 

1.) For the products that we have in stock:

We usually ship your order in 3 days and you will receive your items(s) depending on the shipping company, and the method you have chosen. 

2.) For the products that you pre-ordered:

Your product(s) may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you are impatient, or you need it for an emergency event, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE PRE-ORDER! OR, you can contact me to see if I can give you other recommendations. 

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL PRODUCTS SALE ARE FINAL*

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at slugsguys@gmail.com .There is a 30% restocking fee for returns and/or cancellations. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returns. In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier. Please contact the supplier regarding any warranty issues or return requests not eligible for return.

There are no returns or refunds for international orders.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
